やかんで おゆを わかします。Yakan de oyu o wakashimasu.I boil water in the kettle.

なべに ふたを して ください。Nabe ni futa o shite kudasai.Please put the lid on the pot.
せんぬき栓抜きsennuki	bottle opener
せんぬきは ビールを あけるのに つかいます。Sennuki wa biiru o akeru no ni tsukaimasu.A bottle opener is used to open beer.
かんきり缶切りkankiri	can opener
かんきりが ないと、かんが あけられません。Kankiri ga nai to, kan ga akeraremasen.Without a can opener, I can't open the can.
かんづめ缶詰kanzume	canned food
ひじょうじの ために かんづめを かって おきます。Hijouji no tame ni kanzume o katte okimasu.I buy canned food for emergencies.
のしぶくろのし袋noshibukuro	gift envelope for money

ねつを はかるのに たいおんけいを つかいます。Netsu o hakaru no ni taionkei o tsukaimasu.You use a thermometer to take your temperature.

なぜ にほんごを べんきょうして いますか。Naze nihongo o benkyou shite imasu ka.Why are you studying Japanese?

ローンで くるまを かいました。Roon de kuruma o kaimashita.I bought the car with a loan.

いそがしい ときは カップめんを たべます。Isogashii toki wa kappumen o tabemasu.When I'm busy I eat cup noodles.

かなづち金槌kanazuchi	hammer
この かなづちは たなを つくるのに つかいます。Kono kanazuchi wa tana o tsukuru no ni tsukaimasu.I use this hammer to make shelves.
